2. Account Registration

Creating a valid personal account is required to use t20 baji's services. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed.
• Full name, mobile number, and a valid identity document must be provided at registration.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Sharing your password with any third party is prohibited.
• Accounts may not be sold or transferred to any third party.

2.2 Identity Verification

t20 baji reserves the right to verify an account holder's identity at any time. This process may involve requesting a copy of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account must be reported to t20 baji support immediately. The platform is not responsible for financial losses resulting from user negligence.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Users must be 21 years of age or older to join t20 baji. By creating an account, you automatically declare that you meet this age requirement. Providing false information during age verification will result in account closure, and all funds on the account may be forfeited.

3.1 Legal Eligibility

Users must be free from any legal or personal restriction that would make participation in online gaming or betting unlawful for them. It is the user's own responsibility to verify that their participation is lawful given their location and circumstances.

3.2 Restricted Persons

Officers, employees of t20 baji, or their close relatives may not place bets on this platform. Similarly, anyone whose account has previously been closed may not open a new account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

t20 baji processes transactions only through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted — funds must come from a mobile banking number registered in your own name.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (the same for all methods).
• Deposits are generally processed quickly. If there is any issue, please contact support.
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number from which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawals are normally completed within 1 hour. Processing may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Winnings earned from bonuses require wagering conditions to be met before withdrawal.

4.3 Erroneous Transactions

t20 baji reserves the right to recover any funds credited to an account due to a technical error. Such funds do not belong to the user and must be returned even if already spent.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

t20 baji offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering conditions are met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus Terms

• The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal.
• Example: If you deposit ৳1,000, you receive ৳1,000 as a bonus — total balance ৳2,000. To withdraw, you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.
• The bonus applies only once, on the first deposit.
• Once a bonus has been claimed, the deposit cannot be refunded.

5.2 General Promotional Terms

All promotional offers have a set validity period, and t20 baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any offer at any time. If bonus abuse is detected — such as multiple accounts, false information, or coordinated betting — the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6. Betting Rules

t20 baji offers betting on cricket, football, and various other sports. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, so please verify all details carefully before placing a bet.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

• A bet is valid only when confirmation is received from the system.
• Accepted bets may be voided due to technical errors.
• If an event is cancelled before it starts, the stake is refunded.

6.2 Odds Changes

The odds applicable at the time a bet is placed are final. Even if odds change afterwards, the odds confirmed at the time of betting will apply.

6.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If an event is cancelled, the original stake for that bet will be returned to the user's wallet. If the event does not resume within 36 hours of the scheduled time, it will be considered cancelled.

6.4 Manipulation and Fraud

If a bet is found to be connected to any attempt to influence the outcome of a match or event, t20 baji reserves the right to immediately close that bet and all associated accounts.

7. Casino Games Terms

t20 baji offers slots, live casino, and fishing games from multiple providers including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, and Spribe.

7.1 Game Rules

Each game has its own rules and payout structure. It is the user's responsibility to read the game instructions before playing. RTP (Return to Player) varies by game and is a long-term statistical figure — it does not guarantee any winnings.

7.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error or server issue occurs during a game, the result of that round may be voided. In such cases, the stake will be refunded, but any winnings already determined may be cancelled.

8. VIP Program

t20 baji's VIP program has 4 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each level includes a weekly cashback benefit.

8.1 Cashback Terms

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Silver: up to 0.4% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Gold: up to 0.6% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% cashback on weekly net losses.

Example: If a Gold-level member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week — ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

8.2 Level Determination

VIP level is determined based on playing activity. Staying regularly active allows progression to higher levels. Cashback is generally credited at the start of each week.

9. Code of Conduct

All t20 baji users must cooperate in maintaining an orderly environment on the platform. Any of the following activities may result in account closure:

• Attempting to make unauthorized modifications to the platform's systems or software.
• Placing bets using bots or automated programs.
• Bonus abuse through multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Disrespectful behaviour toward other users or staff.
• Spreading false information with the intent to harm the platform.

If an account is closed, any valid balance will be returned, but if it is closed due to irregularities, the balance may be forfeited.

11.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account may be declared inactive. Identity verification is required to reactivate an inactive account.

12. Changes to Terms & Miscellaneous

12.1 Right to Make Changes

t20 baji reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via the website or email. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

12.2 Limitation of Liability

t20 baji is not liable for any loss caused by technical errors, disruption of third-party services, or circumstances beyond its control. The platform is not responsible for losses caused by the user's internet connection or device issues.
